A Party in Every Store!
Fairfax Art Walk is a celebration of the arts, fostering an appreciation for the power of the arts to enrich our community. Visual arts and sculpture, music, dance performance, spoken word were each represented in this year’s event, creating a rich tapestry of experience for our participants. On the night of the event we not only have small maps to carry with you that list the artists and merchants who are participating but we also have 3 large posters placed downtown for you to locate artists you want to see and the business that is hosting them. One is always in the window at the BUSINESS, our information hub for the event.

Fun for the entire family
One of our favorite event programs is the FAW Scavenger Hunt. It is fun for the entire family! We made it super easy to participate.
- Stop by the BUSINESS on LOCATION and pick up your map/scavenger hunt entry.
- As you walk the event, watch for each participating business’s scavenger hunt letter or number and mark it on your scavenger hunt entry form.
- Turn it in to the last business you visit or drop it at Creative Portraiture before you leave.
And that is all there is to it! We will sort through the entries and all that are completed and correct will be entered into a drawing.
