This is a collaboration between Margot Van Riper and Cory deGrassi, which began four years ago – Cory is now ten. Together they chose the colors, prepared the sections, and primed and painted them with what they call Cuban colors. Margot prepared dancer figures, and Cory learned how to use a projector to transfer the drawings. Every step of the way they discussed color choices, shading, and the added objects to make each section special. Through this project they have become fast friends.
