Kamiblue has been described as a neo-Fauvist (Wild Beast) and indeed he was most inspired by many works he had the luxury of seeing in Paris..Starting with the sublime colorism of Delacroix and the influence of the members of the Club des Hashischins to works belonging to Symbolism, Expressionism, Fauvism and Orphism all filtered through a modern Romanticism.
